Canopy Play

Terms of Service

The rules for using Canopy Play. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who runs the site

Canopy Play is a no-cost rewards scheme built around short skill games, operated by L'Intervalle Shoes, 4316 St Denis St, Montreal, QC H2J 2K8, Canada. Questions about these terms go to support@brisbanecasinohotel.com.

Who may join

  • You are 18 or older and live where online reward programmes are permitted.
  • One account per person and per household; accounts cannot be shared, sold or handed over.
  • Your sign-up details are accurate and you keep your password to yourself.
  • If your rewards are taxable where you live, reporting them is up to you.

No stakes

Using Canopy Play never requires a payment, a deposit or risking anything of value. Points are credited solely for game targets and daily rewards, as described on these pages.

Points

  • You receive exactly the amount shown for the target or daily reward.
  • Daily earnings per account stop at 2,600 points.
  • Points are worth nothing in cash until a withdrawal passes review under the rules of the Payout Policy. They stay locked to the earning account.
  • Points added by mistake can be removed.

Fair play

Not allowed: bots or any automated play, exploiting bugs, extra accounts and tampered results. If we find any of these we may hold points and suspend or close the account.

Withdrawals

With at least 10,000 points ($10) you may claim payment via PayPal or receive a gift card code. One of our reviewers approves each request and may first confirm your identity. Details are in the Payout Policy.

Changes

We can revise these rules, the game list, target values and the daily cap, and the current wording here is what counts. No change can take away points already on your balance.

Leaving

You can close your account at any time. If your balance is above the minimum, send a final withdrawal request first.

Liability

Canopy Play is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or for matters it cannot reasonably control. Any rights you hold as a consumer by law remain intact.
