Payout Policy
From Canopy Play points to US dollars. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Rate
$1.00 for each block of 1,000 points. Payouts are always made in US dollars.
Minimum
The smallest withdrawal is $10, equal to 10,000 points; larger ones rise in steps of $1.
Payout methods
- PayPal: a withdrawal to your account, sent to a PayPal wallet in your own name.
- Digital gift card: a code delivered by email; the stores on offer can change.
Review
One of our reviewers checks every request, usually within 1–3 business days. You can follow its status on the Cash out page.
First withdrawal
An account can send its first request 24 hours after sign-up, and that first payout may need an identity check.
Request rules
- Requested points are held back at once, which stops them being used twice.
- You can have only one open request at a time.
- A declined request returns all of its points together with a short explanation.
- We may refuse requests that go against the Terms.
